Benchmade Knife Company Violates the 1st Amendment and Makes False Claims to the Copyright Material of Roadsideimports on Video Content on YouTube.
On July 2nd, 2009 Benchmade files false claims of ownership to the video content that belongs to Roadsideimports.
Better Business Bureau Case # 22208498 has been filed against Benchmade Knife Company for the illegal false claim to ownership of my video content.
Better Business Bureau Case # 57147079 has been filed against YouTube for the illegal false claim to ownership of my video content by Benchmade Knife Company.
Trademark law protects names and logos, including the names and logos of bands.
Copyright law, on the other hand, protects such things as artwork and songs. Making claims to Copyright infringement when speaking about Trademark is not a valid claim to Copyright.
