Desired Resolution:  I would like the BBB to keep on file the horridly offense nature of the sales team of this company so that other buyers can be aware that this company is completely out of line by swearing at customers and calling them names

MY ANSWER TO THIS IDIOT AND THE BBB

Rayvn Aversa purchased at 9" Black Classic Italian Stiletto Switchblade w/ Brass Liners it was shipped to California Tracking Number 9101148008600399328765  It  was delivered at 2:29 pm on November 20, 2010 in LOS ANGELES, CA 90046

Now Rayvn Aversa is not US Military, he is not Law Enforcement, and does not have one arm, so he lied and is under investigation for violation of United States Code TITLE 15 - COMMERCE AND TRADE CHAPTER 29 and United States Code  TITLE 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CHAPTER 83 - POSTAL SERVICE

So as a result the Los Angeles County Police has been notified of this issue.

I am not a member of the BBB nor will I ever be a member.  I do not have to answer anything they send me but I will because I am going to post this on my website.  I did not demand Rayvn Aversa come purchase from me.  Delivery Issues is the problem with this case and nothing was stated to what occured at delivery.  Now if your mail is stolen then the logical process is to file a complaint with the Postal Inspector, notify your local Post Office, talk to your mail carrier, and file a Police Report.  Did Rayvn Aversa do this?  No probably not because the item he ordered is restricted and he’d have to disclose the nature of what is missing and he commited a FELONY OFFENSE if he did not meet the criteria.

With reguard to how I run my business, information and terms and conditions are posted clearly in English on my website and Rayvn Aversa could leave at any time he wanted to.  If I go to a porno website and I am offended at seeing nudity, then I should not go to such websites.

My website is devoted to Military and Law Enforcement with a no nonsense approach to business that is cut and dry and caters for grown men.  No one under the age of 18 is allowed to use my website.

I never spoke to nor did I ever email Rayvn Aversa so his alleged nonsense claims are simply based on what he didn’t like on my website, which he should not have purchased the item, which he commited a FELONY unless he can provide proof this is not the case to the authorities investigating him.

I do not believe the customer is always right, they are sometimes rude and I am not a personal doormat for people who are suppose to be adults.  So his false allegations of me swearing at customers and calling them names is invalid because I never spoke or had any contact with Rayvn Aversa.

But because of this Rayvn Aversa and his behavior I am going to call the US Postal Inspector and also call the LOS ANGELES Police Department, which I do have quite a few clients of mine who purchase from me and I’m sure they can figure out what Rayvn Aversa’s problem truly is.
